Liverpool have had each Premier League fixture in October rescheduled. These changes to time and date have been made due to tv coverage on the match-weeks of those dates.
The Reds have returned back to the UK after a successful preseason tour of the United States, which saw them win 3 out of 3 matches against Spanish side Real Betis, and Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United.
The returning squad were given Monday off after a hectic but productive tour and will convene at the AXA training center on Tuesday together with the 9 returning first team stars.
Arne Slot will have a full squad to work with for the first time since he took charge as new head coach.
Liverpoolfc.com today confirmed the new dates and time for the rescheduled Premier League matches.
The fixture details can be seen below (all in UK time).
- Crystal Palace v Liverpool – Saturday October 5, kick-off 12.30pm (live on TNT Sports)*
- Liverpool v Chelsea – Saturday October 19, kick-off 5.30pm (live on Sky Sports)**
- Arsenal v Liverpool – Sunday October 27, kick-off 4.30pm (live on Sky Sports)
The fixture against Crystal Palace at Selhurt Park is subject to another change depending on the schedule of Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League on the week beginning September 30.
Also, the Premier League match against Chelsea at Anfield could see another date or time change depending on Liverpool’s participation in Europe’s top tier competition in the week starting October 21.
Supporters are advised to keep note of the changes of these fixtures.
