Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya was spotted leaving the Etihad Stadium limping and with a bandage wrapped around his leg.
The concerning sight has sparked worries among Arsenal fans, with many fearing the extent of the injury to their shot-stopper.
Raya played a key role during their 2-2 draw with defending Premier League champions Manchester City on Sunday.
However, the post-game video raised questions about his fitness and availability for upcoming fixtures.
Arsenal are yet to release an official statement regarding the injury, and fans are anxiously waiting for updates on his condition.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, meanwhile expressed his frustration with referee Michael Oliver’s decision to send off Leandro Trossard for kicking the ball away during the draw against Man City.
He called the trend of multiple red cards for such offences “really, really worrying.”
The Gunners were leading 2-1 at half-time at the Etihad Stadium when Trossard, who was already on a yellow card for a foul on Savinho, received a second yellow for fouling Bernardo Silva and subsequently kicking the ball away.
Arsenal felt aggrieved not only by the severity of the punishment but also because City winger Jeremy Doku had not been penalized for a similar incident earlier in the match.
This was the second time Arsenal had faced a second yellow card for this type of offence, following Declan Rice’s dismissal against Brighton on August 31 for a comparable incident.
Arteta expressed his disbelief at the decision concerning Rice, pointing out that Brighton forward Joao Pedro had similarly escaped punishment for kicking the ball away.
He lamented that the match against City had devolved into a contest that “nobody wants to watch” after Trossard’s red card.
“We were more efficient and went 2-1 up and then there were two incidents, very similar, one in particular, but had a very different outcome which then forces you to have a game which nobody wants to watch,” said Arteta.
“I think it’s very clear. Very obvious. Hopefully what 100 per cent of what people thinks.
“It’s not my job to come here and judge what happened.
“My job is to survive in the most difficult environment you can throw in football for 55 minutes.
“And try to get things done to survive.
“That’s my job, the rest is not my job.
“It’s already the second time it has happened in five games, which is really, really worrying if we want to see the best Premier League.
“Anyone that has played football or any sport [can see] it’s less than a second.
“Less than a second. The previous one [Doku] is more than a second. That’s it, simple.”
