Chelsea cruised to a 5-0 victory against League Two side Barrow on Tuesday night, marking yet another impressive result for Maresca’s squad.

Currently positioned in fifth place, Chelsea has won three of their last four Premier League matches, demonstrating their intent this season.

“It is because of the ideas of the coach and the tactics,’ Disasi explained to the club’s website when asked about the team’s recent form.

“In training, we all train on the same system and all on the same tactics, so every player knows what they have to do in their position.

“That is why it is easy for everyone even if we have a lot of changes.

“Everyone knows what they have to do.”

He added: “Sometimes when you play against a lower league team you can become a little bit distracted, but the coach said that we have to stay serious and show everyone that Chelsea are a serious team that wants to win every game.

“The relationship with the coach is good and every player knows what they have to do.

“The tactics are clear and we have had good results so everything is going well.

“The way we play shows the quality of all the players because the idea is to put the player in the best position to perform and to be good.

“So we have done this during the last few games and I hope that we will continue like this.”

Chelsea will face Fabian Hurzeler’s high-flying Brighton side this weekend at Stamford Bridge.

The Seagulls remain unbeaten under their new head coach Hurzeler, who made history this summer by becoming the youngest manager in Premier League history at just 31 years old.

Last season, Hurzeler led St. Pauli back to the Bundesliga after a 13-year absence.

Since taking charge at Brighton, he has maintained an unbeaten record, securing victories against Manchester United, Everton, and Wolves, along with a 1-1 draw against Arsenal.
