Florian Wirtz has arrived in Chicago to link up with Liverpool’s squad for the club’s pre-season tour of the United States.
The Germany international was granted an extended break after representing his country at this summer’s World Cup, delaying his return to club duty.
Florian Wirtz has now joined up with Andoni Iraola’s squad in Illinois and will begin preparations for the 2026-27 season.
The Liverpool No. 7 met his teammates at the team’s hotel in Chicago after they returned from Nashville, where they secured a 4-2 victory over Sunderland on Saturday.
