Ballon d’Or 2024 nominees revealed

Jude Bellingham has been nominated for the top prize at next month’s Ballon d’Or awards following an exceptional year with both club and country.

The Real Madrid star, who clinched La Liga and the Champions League titles before reaching the Euro 2024 final with England, is a standout nominee for the men’s award.

Several Premier League stars are also featured on the 30-man shortlist, including Manchester City’s Ruben Dias, Phil Foden, Erling Haaland, and Rodri.

Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, as well as William Saliba, Declan Rice, and Martin Ødegaard, have also made the cut.

Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez is in the running for both the top award and the best goalkeeper accolade.
