Liverpool’s head coach guided his team to three wins from three league matches last month, overcoming AFC Bournemouth, Newcastle United, and Arsenal.
The champions entered the September international break as the only side with a perfect record this season.
Slot, who previously won the award in November 2024, was chosen ahead of fellow nominees Regis Le Bris, Enzo Maresca, and David Moyes.
