Liverpool have held preliminary talks with PSG over a potential move for Bradley Barcola, according to talkSPORT.

Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is not believed to be a target for Liverpool. Meanwhile, Andoni Iraola secured his first win as Liverpool manager as his side began their US pre-season tour with an impressive 4-2 victory over Sunderland.
The Basque coach, who replaced Arne Slot in June, was pleased with the quality of football on display in Nashville, particularly the move that led to Kieran Morrison’s opening goal after 13 minutes.
Iraola made several changes at half-time, with Liverpool responding after falling 2-1 behind. Dominik Szoboszlai levelled the score with a powerful strike before Federico Chiesa and Lewis Koumas completed the comeback.
The only concern for Iraola was an early injury to stand-in captain Joe Gomez, who was forced off with a suspected muscle problem in a position where Liverpool cannot afford further setbacks ahead of the new season.
