Manchester United star Marcus Rashford rejects three mega-money offers from Saudi Arabia
The England international has endured a challenging season under managers Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim, sparking rumours of a potential departure from Old Trafford

Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has reportedly turned down three lucrative offers from Saudi Arabian clubs, fuelling speculation about his future.
The England international has endured a challenging season under managers Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim, sparking rumours of a potential departure from Old Trafford. Despite the interest, Rashford’s next destination remains unclear.
“For me, personally, I think I’m ready for a new challenge and the next steps,” Rashford said shortly before Christmas.
“When I leave it’s going to be ‘no hard feelings’.
“You’re not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That’s me as a person.
“If I know that a situation is already bad I’m not going to make it worse.
“I’ve seen how other players have left in the past and I don’t want to be that person.
“When I leave I’ll make a statement and it will be from me.”
According to Daily Mail, Marcus Rashford has turned down offers worth up to £35million per year from Saudi Arabian clubs.
Despite the eye-watering sums, no deal has materialised, with the 27-year-old reportedly prioritizing a move to a “competitive” league.
The proposed offers far exceed Rashford’s current earnings at Manchester United, but the forward is said to have no interest in moving to Saudi Arabia or Turkey.
Instead, he is believed to be weighing his next steps carefully, particularly with an eye on his England career.
Rashford has been absent from the national team since March and was left out of the squad for Euro 2024.
His lack of involvement with England appears to be influencing his decision-making as he looks to reignite his international prospects.
The England international made an early impact under Ruben Amorim, scoring the first goal of the Portuguese manager’s tenure just two minutes into a 1-1 draw against Ipswich.
However, Rashford has since fallen out of favor, being omitted from multiple matchday squads.
In Manchester United’s most recent match, a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle, Rashford returned to the bench but did not feature.
His exclusion from Amorim’s plans raises further questions about his future at Old Trafford.
“I think about the team,” Amorim said.
“You think a lot about Marcus. I think about the team.
“When I’m there I’m not making a point. I just want to win the game.
“And you can feel it – I’m talking about the idea and the fight for relegation.
“Do I want to make a point during a game? No, I just want to win the game.”
